The investment concerns an acquisition of a unit in an Approved Project Investment by two or more individuals and valued at a total minimum of US$440,000.

● The minimum amount for a single applicant is US$220,000 for each share in the unit and the Government Contribution is USD$50,000

● The minimum amount for the main applicant and the spouse is US$220,000 for each share in the unit and the Government Contribution is USD$50,000

● The minimum amount for a family of four is US$220,000 for each share in the unit and the Government Contribution is USD$50,000

● The minimum amount for a family over four family members is US$220,000 for each share in the unit and the Government Contribution is USD$50,000 plus USD$25,000 for each additional dependent

● The real estate must be maintained for at least 5 years following the grant of the citizenship

The contribution for a Single Applicant, a Main Applicant and the Spouse, a family of four members and a family over four members, is US$350,000.

The Government Fee for a Single Applicant, a Main Applicant and the Spouse and a family of four members, is US$50,000 whereas for a family over four members is US$50,000 and US$25,000 per additional dependent after the third dependent

● The application fee for a single applicant, the main applicant and the spouse is US$1,500 per person, the due diligence fee is US$5,000 per person and the processing fee is US$1,500 per person.

● For a family of 4 members, the application fee is US$1,500 per person, the due diligence fee is nil for a dependent child up to 16 years old whereas for a dependent child aged 17 up to 25 the due diligence fee is USD$5,000.

The processing fee is US$1,500 per person aged 18 years old and over and US$500 for each person under 18 years old

● For a family over 4 members, the application fee is US$1,500 per person and the processing fee is US$1,500 per person aged 18 years old and over and US$500 for each person under 18 years old

● Contribution of US$150,000 to the Grenada National Transformational Fund (NTF) for a single applicant.

The application fee is US$1,500, the due diligence fee is US$5,000 and the processing fee is US$1,500

● The contribution is increased to US$200,000 for the main applicant and the spouse and for a family of 4 members.

The application fee for the main applicant and the spouse is US$1,500 per person, the due diligence fee is US$5,000 per person and the processing fee is US$1,500 per person.
