• €350,000 must be invested when the property is at least 30 years old or located in urban regeneration areas and with a commitment to be refurbished
• €400,000 must be invested when purchasing a property located in a low GDP or low populated density areas
• €500,000 must be invested for other properties

In artistic output or maintenance of national heritage projects

・In relation to the Funds, the minimum amount of investment is €350,000. The amounts should be committed to the capitalization of Portuguese companies, whose maturity, at the moment of the investment, is, at least, of five years and, at least, 60% of the investments is realized in commercial companies with head office in the national territory

• In relation to the bank deposits in Portuguese banks, the minimum amount of investment is €1,000,000

Developed by public or private scientific research institutions involved in the national scientific or technologic system

The head office should be in the national territory, in conjunction with the creation or keeping of working jobs, with a minimum of five permanent jobs, and for a minimum period of three years
