    Minimum investment of €500,000

  • Family

    Residency applicable to family members

    Residency permit granted to spouse, children under 21 years old, unmarried financially dependent children between the ages of 18 and 25 who are students of tertiary education, and parents and of the main applicant and spouse

  • Duration

    Lifetime permit subject to maintenance of investment. Initially, renewal in 2 years and every 5 years thereafter.

    Eligibility for citizenship after 10 years of actual residency
